Node JS Developer - Affixious

Creating and maintaining server-side application logic.

Collaborate with front-end developers on combining their front-end elements and components with the server side.

Write high quality, readable and testable code.

Design and optimise applications for high performance, high availability and low latency.

Work on security and data protection.

Desired Candidate Profile

Expert in advanced JavaScript, strong coding proficiency with Node.js and JavaScript.

Understanding of Server-side application architectures like as Sails.js.

Knowledge of server-side templating languages such as EJS.

Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its workarounds.

Working knowledge of Callback, Promises, callback hell and ways to avoid it.

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server.

Understanding of Restful web services and service-oriented architectures.

Experience with threading and performance tuning.

Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.

Working knowledge of node.js package management and the tools ecosystem like as npm, grunt.
