Senior Node.js Developer, the candidate needs to play a key role in designing, developing, andmaintaining high-performance backend systems. Key responsibilities:

5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js
Design and build robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Node.js
Collaborate with development and client team to understand business needs and deliversolutions
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Node.js and backenddevelopment
Experience with RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problemsolving

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in developing NodeJS applications.
Proficiency with MySQL databases
Proficiency with AWS platform
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
