Job Summary: Actas Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and self-driven Full Stack Node.js Developer with experience of 5-10 years who thrives on technical challenges and is eager to contribute to the foundation of our new software platform. As part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and high-energy environment, you will play a key role in re-building and enhancing our platform to meet the needs of modern banking, secure onboarding, external system integrations, wallet management, payments, lending, risk mitigation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable fintech solutions.
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of fintech applications. Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks. Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Develop and Maintain Backend Systems: Design, implement, and maintain backend components and services using Java and related technologies.
- Node JS: The Node JS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable and high-performance applications.
- API Development: Create and manage APIs to support front-end functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve application efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:
Education: Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Full stack developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and frameworks such as Node.js Express.js Strictly experienced in the fintech industry.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, postGre, and MySQL
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Passion for building and refining high-performance software applications.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex applications.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming techniques.
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging.
