Extensive technical knowledge Excellent understanding and strength in hitting KPIs Extensive knowledge recruiting for Delivery Teams and Managed Services Experience with ATS like Ceipal or Job Diva, etc Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes Sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms Conducting task and job analysis for documenting job duties as well as requirements Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends Promoting the reputation of our company and clients. Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals Coordinating with team leaders for forecasting the hiring needs and setting the department goals Crafting and sending recruiting emails to passive candidates with current open jobs Performing pre-screening interviews to analyze the abilities of candidates Interviewing candidates using various techniques (eg technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions) Other duties as directed by leadership Requirements MUST BE TECHNICALLY SAVVY, MUST BE TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE 7-10+ years prior experience as a US and Offshore/Domestic Technical Recruiter Must be experienced with W2, 1099, recruitment Must be well-versed in Visa and Work Authorizations Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a high-quality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles.
