UI UX Designer (US Shift)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Graphics Designer to join our Creative Team department. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in graphic design and will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing and branding materials. The Sr. Graphics Designer will work closely with the Creative Lead and other team members to ensure that the designs meet the companys standards and objectives. Must be an expert with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Coral Draw. Roles and Responsibilities: Create visually stunning and engaging designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics. Collaborate with the Creative Lead and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the companys brand identity. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all design deliverables are produced on time and meet the highest quality standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in developing their skills and nurturing their creativity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure that the designs effectively communicate the desired message and objectives. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure that all designs are aligned with the companys brand guidelines and visual standards. Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house creative team. Hands-on exposure in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coral Draw. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
