- Agency experience in managing multiple industries - Overlooking the paid media management team with an emphasis on and expertise in Google Ads and/or Facebook - Work strategically with other team members to manage and resolve challenging requests - Overseeing PPC accounts and making recommendations on how to optimize them - Brainstorm new and creative paid media campaign growth strategies - Analyzing PPC trends and making data-driven decisions - Training PPC Team members and other departments with respect to Paid Media - Serving as Liason and working with other departments of Adit for smoothening of processes and other issues - Accountable for all aspects of the paid media accounts performance - Team Management and experience in different industries will be an added advantage Core Competencies : - Excellent understanding of Paid Search marketing concepts and best practices - Analytical mindset and critical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Should be a problem solver who analyzes campaigns and helps ppc team members achieve the KPIs.
