Job Title: Housekeeping Associate
Location: McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh

We are hiring a Housekeeping Associate for a reputed hospitality property in McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms and common areas. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, changing bed linens, replenishing toiletries, dusting, mopping, and ensuring that all assigned areas are well-maintained as per company standards. The candidate should also respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, physically fit, and willing to work in rotational shifts. Prior experience in housekeeping will be preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.

Salary offered is ₹12,000–₹15,000 in-hand. PF and ESIC benefits are provided along with performance-based incentives. Free food and accommodation will also be provided by the company.
