We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Performance Marketer who can independently handle paid social campaigns for D2C brands and deliver consistent, measurable growth through data-led strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with sales and revenue goals.
- Identify high-performing audiences through research and testing.
- Monitor ad performance daily and optimise for ROAS and conversions.
- Run experiments on creatives, copies, placements, and audiences.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to improve ad output.
- Maintain control over ad spend and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Share detailed performance insights through weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure accurate tracking using Meta Pixel and conversion events.
