High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in automotive/electric vehicle technology preferred. Experience in electric vehicle servicing, particularly 2-wheelers, or a related field. Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including batteries, electric motors, controllers, and charging systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment. Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and interpreting schematics. Basic understanding of mechanical components such as suspension, brakes, and wheels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. Physical ability to lift heavy components and work in varied positions. Preferred Qualifications: EV-specific training or certification (e.g., high-voltage safety certification). Prior experience working with Lithium-ion battery systems or battery management systems (BMS). Familiarity with EV software updates and troubleshooting tools.
