Zerfinis Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us acquire web, mobile, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and AI development projects globally.

This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for candidates with strong communication and client acquisition skills.

Responsibilities:
• Find and connect with potential clients
• Generate leads for web, ERP, CRM, SaaS projects
• Understand client requirements
• Coordinate with the technical team
• Build long-term client relationships
• Help close project deals

Requirements:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in IT sales, freelancing platforms, or lead generation
• Understanding of software/web development services is a plus
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Compensation:
