CII Model Career Centre (MCC), Chennai, established in 2021, is part of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s pan-India effort to build a skilled and employable workforce. As the only CII MCC in Tamil Nadu, our centre focuses on transforming the employment landscape by aligning career aspirations with real-world opportunities. We work at the intersection of skill development, career counselling, and job placement for graduates. Our team conducts soft skills training under CSR projects, engages in career mentoring, and facilitates job placements by connecting employers with qualified, job-ready candidates. Through active networking with companies and recruiters, CII MCC Chennai also contributes to closing hiring gaps across sectors.
